As of 2 January 2023, following the entry into force of Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 176-Z dated 28.06.2022 On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Belarus On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities, the procedure for submitting electronic appeals is changing.
Electronic appeals will be submitted through the unified (integrated) republican information system for registering and processing appeals from individuals and legal entities (http://обращения.бел).
Applicants can access the system for registering and processing appeals free of charge.
