Youth Work

Working with young people is one of the important areas of ideological work at the enterprise. An integral part of this activity is a system of measures aimed at resolving issues related to young people's adaptation in the workplace, education, civic and political upbringing, health protection, recreation, leisure, culture and physical education.

Implementation of state youth policy at the enterprise means ensuring a full legal and social status for young specialists, creating legal, organisational and economic conditions and guarantees for young people to fulfil their potential, and supporting the development of youth initiatives.

Tatyana Yerkina, a youth-work specialist and secretary of the primary organisation of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, works actively and proactively in this area.

Every year, the enterprise holds a ceremonial event to summarise implementation of the state youth policy: the «Ceremony Honouring the Best Young People of Open Joint Stock Glubokoe Dairy - Canning Factory».

The enterprise's young people actively participate in and win both district and regional events.

Team participation by young people in various game tournaments at the enterprise, as well as in district- and regional-level competitions in different sports, plays a significant role in building teamwork and corporate relations.

The enterprise's young people are active, enterprising and full of interesting ideas and projects!
