Why partially skimmed?
The thing is that on the labels of canned milk in the product name appeared the words "partly skimmed" or "whole". The natural response of the consumer: what has changed in the structure? And did it affect the taste, quality, price of the product? To answer this question we asked the acting head of the production laboratory of the OJSC "Glubokoye dairy-canning factory" Bobrovich Svetlana Leonidovna:
- In connection with the enactment of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 021/2011 and TR CU 033/2013 (real technical regulations developed in accordance with the Agreement on unified principles and rules of technical regulation in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation) changed the names of some products (in the title were added the words "whole" or "part skim" - depending on the content of the mass fraction of fat). In this case, the product remains the same, has not changed its organoleptic, physico-chemical and microbiological indicators.
From my side I would like to mention, regulations on applying the information about the product make adjustments remains unchanged, the quality of our products and the widest range! And the fact that the buyer is interested in new words appearing on the label only tells you that the demand for Glubokoye dairy-canning factory canned milk is not reduced.
